Give Them Your Best

I often find myself encouraging others that it's ok to take a break! It's ok to take the short cut. It's ok to make time for yourself. It's ok! And what's funny is that sometimes, I need to remind myself of that too. Today, do ONE thing for yourself so you can give others your best. 

Go for a quick walk.  

Put yourself in a time out (my favorite). 

Leave the dishes in the sink. 

Don't pick up toys. 

Put your feet up. 

Love your spouse. 

Breathe. Smile. Repeat.
